Returns & Exchanges

At Childsplay Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns on all eligible luxury garments and accessories. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal or guest return page to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed returns form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
